Ages 2.5–5 | 4-Week Introductory Dance Series
Is your child ready for their very first dance class?
Astra Little Stars is a joyful introduction to dance and movement designed especially for young beginners ages 2.5–5. In this 4-week series, dancers build coordination, confidence, listening skills, and classroom independence in a fun and supportive environment.
Children explore movement through music, beginner jazz and tumbling skills, and creative dance activities while learning the basics of participating in a structured class. Dancers should be comfortable participating independently in a drop-off class environment.

Drop-Off Class Environment
Little Stars classes are designed as drop-off classes to help young dancers build confidence and independence in the studio.
Parents will walk dancers to the studio entrance for a quick hug and goodbye, and our teachers will take it from there. Our instructors are experienced in helping young dancers feel comfortable and engaged in a classroom setting.
It is completely normal for a young dancer to need a class or two to settle in. If a dancer needs a little extra encouragement during the first weeks, our staff will work with families to help make the transition as comfortable and successful as possible.
Program Details
Ages: 2.5–5
Experience: No prior dance experience needed
Day: Saturdays
Length: 4 classes
Class Size: Limited to 8 dancers
