Nanci-Lyn Lockwood
Director of Studio Operations
Miss Nanci oversees the daily operations of Astra Studio, ensuring a positive and organized experience for dancers and their families.

She holds a B.A. in Communications and completed graduate coursework toward a Master’s degree in Elementary Education. She is also certified in Danscend Mental Wellness for Dancers and Once Upon A Ballet’s Preschool Program, supporting Astra Studio’s commitment to both dancer well-being and strong early childhood education.

As Director of Operations, Miss Nanci manages the studio’s operational and production logistics, coordinating recitals, competitions, community performances, and studio events throughout the season. She also produces the studio’s annual recital program and oversees many of the behind-the-scenes details that bring Astra Studio performances to life.

Outside the studio, Miss Nanci enjoys working on the Astra Studio website, spending time with her cats, attending local school musicals, and cheering on Astra dancers as they perform at community events and competitions.
